Plumbing in Lakeway: what we see
Elevation changes across Lakeway mean static pressure can be very high in lower areas, which wears out fixtures and water heaters without a working pressure-reducing valve. Larger custom homes often have multiple water heaters, recirculation and complex shower systems, and older 1970s–80s homes around the original village may still have polybutylene or galvanized lines.

Why does my Lakeway home have such high water pressure?
Elevation. Homes lower on the hills can see static pressure well above 80 psi, where a pressure-reducing valve is required. A failed or missing PRV is a common cause of leaks and short fixture life.
Can you help with a luxury shower system design?
Yes. Body sprays, rain heads and thermostatic valves need the right pipe size, pressure and hot water supply. We check the design before it's roughed in.
